Date and Time

  • The entire event will take place June 1-5, 2021
  • The event will be held at the Marriott in Puerto Vallarta and digitally online simultaneously.  Poster Sessions will ALL take place virtually, even though the event will be hybrid.  If you are traveling to Puerto Vallarta, please bring your laptop, with camera and mic, to present your poster
  • Poster Session #1 will take place on June 3rd and Poster Session #2 will take place on June 3rd, Poster Session #3 will take place on June 4th
  •  If you are traveling to Puerto Vallarta, there will also be a special session to present your poster in-person on site at the resort.  Please plan accordingly for printing if you are traveling.  More details to come as the event team finalizes the on-site plan

Poster Submissions

  • Poster presenters are requested to submit two files:

  • Submissions are due by May 17th at 11:59pm ET. Please review instructions in the upload section below

  • You may download and use this POSTER TEMPLATE, or you may create your own.  Please ensure that you cover the same data points noted in the template

Poster Presenter Webinars

All poster presenters are required to attend a webinar to familiarize themselves with how the Poster Session platform. The webinar gives you the opportunity to ask questions on what to expect during the actual Poster Session and how to test your device beforehand.

Device Requirements

  • Before logging on, please make sure you are using the recommended operating system and browser versions:

    • Operating Systems [no mobile devices]

      • Mac 10.13+

      • Windows 10

    • Browser Version [use an open wifi network, no VPN’s]

      • Google Chrome 77+

  • Please test your device settings prior to the event here:


Self-narrations should be 3-5 minutes long. Record your voiceover while your poster is showing on the screen. Do not upload your poster and audio separately.  Include a LINK to the recording in your poster submission.

DEADLINE: May 17th by 11:59PM ET

You will need to upload your PDF poster AND your self-narrated recording (3-5 mins in duration). max file size 100mb.

You will receive a UNIQUE personalized link from the Whova event app via email for you to upload your Poster files. If you do not receive this email by May 7th, please let us know.


Will be noted in the Whova app once you upload your poster.
